IFMA’s FMP Credential: Earn the crucial career building block that has been taking FMs to new levels of achievement for 15 years!

The Chesapeake Chapter of IFMA is excited to offer a unique opportunity to participate in the Facility Management Professional Credential Program. Through the Chapter’s commitment to its strategic vision of bringing new talent into the FM industry, as well as providing professional growth to current FMs, this initiative presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity for both IFMA members as well as non-IFMA members to achieve the FMP Credential at significant discounts. The Chapter is underwriting the cost of this increasingly recognized industry credential and offering the following pricing structure for this Instructor led FMP program:

IFMA Chesapeake Chapter Member: $1,350 (Full Program w/ Instructor)

Non-Member: $1,750 (Full Program w/ Instructor)

Recognizing the increasing demands of candidate’s daily responsibilities, this instructor led program has established a class schedule intended to minimize the participant’s need to be away from the facility during peak operating periods. The program will be offered on Monday and Thursday daytime 3:30PM - 5:00PM or evenings from 5:00PM – 6:30PM, from February 4 – May 20, 2021, allowing candidates to complete each of the 4 modules over 5 sessions, according to the following schedule:

• Option offering is utilized by IFMA and provides each module as 5 - 90 minute sessions with the participants responsible for a higher level of self-study.
• The selected schedule below is based on option offered: 5 – 90 Minute Sessions/Module
