This presentation aims to explore the differences in communication styles and to help better prepare you for your next conversation.  Rooted in the science of social profiling we’ll explain the following: 

• What are the four communication styles 
• How do I know my preferred style 
• What are the techniques for recognizing other people’s preferences 
• How do I best communicate with those who have different styles 
  
  

It’s critical today that we strive to improve our person-to-person skills.  If we’re to develop and retain high value employees, influence a decision, or make a sale, we have to know our preferences (self-awareness) and be able to move to someone else’s style (self-control & social awareness).  This will enable us to be more effective with the wide variety of people we interact with and develop better and deeper relationships (relationship awareness).
